Day 35 – Sweater leg warmers!

For ladies only- unless you are a confident man who can rock the leg warmers… Me and sissy had fun today shopping all the thrift stores for the perfect used sweaters to make these leg warmers. They were so easy-well mostly!
We cut the arms off sweaters and turned into unique leg warmers! The white ones were super easy to make and I embellished with a felt red rose, tacking on with a couple stitches and then sewed on a cute button. The pink pair were a little trickier and we had to sew in an elastic band along the top so they would stay up.
Who says the 80’s are dead! I’m wearing mine tomorrow to work! 🙂
