About

2015

Hi!  Thanks for coming by my site, 365 Days to Getting Unstuck.  This started as a journey back on January 1st, 2013 to be a creative outlet and also, a means to an end, so to speak; of getting out of my dead end job at the time and seemingly purposeless life.  It’s been amazing to look back and remember the day I sat with my family after having a post-holiday emotional breakdown and prayed that God would use this blog as a way to help me find my purpose in life and to get “unstuck”.  He definitely got me “unstuck” with a cross country move, a string of part time creative gigs and a new job.  So, for now, I will keep on keeping on until the next door opens.

Here is my About page from January 1, 2013.

Pray for me! Starting today, I am undertaking a huge project; like 365 days of possible blood, sweat and tears huge! But, I do it trusting that it will break me out of the rut I’ve fallen into over the last several years. I have decided that, come hell or high water, 2013 will bring about serious change. I am a naturally active and creative person, so instead of leaving my stable job in the cube farm, I will dedicate one year to creating something beautiful, inspirational, helpful or delicious in the hopes that it will open the door to new possibilities and hopefully lots of new friends! And yes, I am a Pinterest addict, so many of my projects, recipes and tips will be Pinterest inspired. Thanks for your support and here we go!

I hope you will follow me as I continue “getting unstuck” and maybe one day, I’ll actually find my purpose.  🙂

Blessings to you, my reader friends!
