Here is a quick and easy (AND gluten free treat) for those of you who haven’t thought of something to bring to the Fourth of July picnic you were invited to this afternoon!
5 cups your favorite gluten free chex cereal flavor (for this recipe I used the new chocolate chex, but my favorite might be the cinnamon)
1/2 stick butter
4 cups mini marshmallows
Mix the marshmallows and the butter together over med heat until melted. Add the cereal and when all pieces are covered, pour out into a greased baking pan and let cool. Cut to snack sizes and enjoy!
