Day 169 – Must be modest!

Howdy-happy almost weekend to you all!
This skirt re-do was a cinch! This skirt has been sitting lonely in the bottom of my drawer waiting for another wear, but the slit is just too high for this chick. So, my sister had a great idea; why not sew in a cute hanky as a “modesty panel”? I am soooo pleased with how it turned out!

All I did was turn the skirt inside out, trim my hanky to fit the opening and I sewed it in by hand. I re-used 2 things, a piece of clothing and a hanky and now have a new addition to my wardrobe!

Yay!
