Some days are definitely better than others. As I reflect over the past 160 days, I have seen so many changes in my life, both good and bad. The most important thing to remember though, is to keep moving forward and keep up hope no matter how bleak life may look. God has a plan for everyone!

And here is today’s project: the humble trash can makeover!
Did your grandmother have a trash can like this? I tingled with joy when I saw this at the antique store last weekend, but it was gross inside; like eeewwww. Since it’s metal and rusty, I didn’t think I could ever get it good and clean. So, I lined it with black felt in order to use it as a beautiful vintage container for my ribbon collection, or larger craft supplies.
