It’s no secret I love popcorn. But how to cut down all the delicious, flavorful calories that come when you drizzle melted butter over it? How about cooking your popcorn and then sprinkling nutritional yeast over it? Wow, I just tried it and love it! I know it isn’t the same as butter, but it sure has a lot less calories and fat, not to mention, B vitamins which are very important for vegans and vegetarians. A word of caution though, it does NOT taste very good the next day…that is, if you actually have any left.
