Easy as 1 2 3, I mean 1 2 3 4! 1.5 c of raw spanish peanuts, 2 heaping tb honey, 1 ts salt, 1 tb coconut oil…mix in bowl and roast on a baking sheet in the oven at 325 for about 15 min, watching and stirring so the honey doesn’t burn. Pretty good even without the traditional sugar coating which is done just after roasting. Sugar-free me couldn’t do that this month, but these were delish anyway!
